A couple of weeks back, the kids and staff bid an emotional farewell to 3 year old Rishab Singhvi who is relocating to the U.K.
We planned a simple yet meaningful art activity where the kids were asked to huddle around in the culture room and asked to choose a paint color of their choice. Our teachers Lubna and Margaret had prepared a lovely little card for Rishab for him to remember the days spent with his friends at ILM Montessori. The card was then individually “signed” by all the kids with their thumb prints, after which, our teacher explained the reason behind this activity. It was Rishab’s last day of school and this was ILM Montessori’s way of giving him something that would remind him of all his friends.

Rishab joined the ILM family in November and settled very well in the environment. He was extremely cordial, good natured and got along quite well with other kids. He walked in every morning with a smile on his face and greeted everyone cheerfully. Rishab actively participated during rhyme time and enjoyed playing with his friends during playtime.
As he embarks on a new journey, we are left with some amazing memories of Rishab and wish him the very best of luck and hope that Rishab too has taken with him some wonderful memories of the time he spent at ILM.
We miss him dearly and will always be waiting to welcome him back whenever he visits home. 🙂
